I consent to the administration, processing and storage of my personal data

The applicant for employment by sending a CV and application for admission to employment gives approval under the Act no. 18/2018 § 14 and 19 about the protection of personal data to process his personal data listed in the CV and applications for admission to employment for the purposes of selection and registration in the database of job seekers to the company. This approval is voluntary and is valid until the cancellation, but not longer than two years from its date of delivery or until the date of signature of the relevant employment contract with the company / agreements for work performed outside the employment relationship. Based on experience we consider the period of two years as a period of time during which no significant changes are expected regarding the qualifications of jobseekers and qualification requirements for a specific job. The approval can be withdrawn at any time by sending a written withdrawal of approval to the registered address of Rybničná 40, 831 06 Bratislava or by e-mail to systeming@systemingsk.net. The validity of the processing of personal data under this approval prior to withdrawal of approval remains unaffected. Job seeker is responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the personal data he has provided to the company.
